Hand poured soy candle in reusable earthy brown ceramic vessel

This is a beautiful hand poured soy wax candle, lightly scented with essential oils (a calming mix of citrus and cedarwood).

The earthy brown ceramic vessel is glazed on the interior, so when the candle is done, you can reuse the vessel as a small vase or serving dish.

i made this piece on a pottery wheel in my backyard in Geelong, Australia. The glaze is handcrafted by me too.
I make things out of clay as a way to switch off my brain and calm down a bit. I hope that you find this beautiful candle gives you a moment of peace too.
I made this candle vessel from a beautiful warm brown clay. It has splashes of a bobbly white glaze on the exterior that for some reason feels uniquely Australian to me. Other parts of the exterior are left unglazed so that you can enjoy the loveliness of this beautiful clay. The gorgeous bits of toastiness around the edges of the glaze are particularly nice.

It’s a beautiful earthy neutral, but is also a contemporary style with a modern aesthetic.
