All content published and made available on our Site is the property of MAFIA Thing and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from MAFIA Thing, the goods will be delivered through Australia Post – Parcel Post. Items are posted within 3-5 business days.

Products

Handmade ceramics are not made to look like they were produced by a machine. While every piece is created with love and care, minor imperfections are a demonstration that they have been made by hand. Each piece is unique because of this.

I do my best to photograph products as accurately as possible.

While I do not accept returns (as these can be really challenging for tiny businesses like mine), I’ll never sell you anything I wouldn’t be proud to see you displaying in your home.

Limitation of Liability
MAFIA Thing and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity
